Accessing the Bandhas through Asana for Pranayama
Limited Capacity seats available

What are the bandhas and why are they important to learn? As we create a supple container for energy with the bandhas we learn how to save energy to utilize it for service to others. This knowledge and practice is important in our practice of pranayama to fully absorb Prana in our cellular body.  We will share specific sequences for understanding how to access Jalandara, Uddiyana, and Mula Bandha.  Come have fun and get inspired to explore and discover.

Then we'll learn techniques for integrating connective tissue work with special issues such as trauma, empathic dysregulation, anxiety, and depression.
