To take an Ayurvedic approach often means to take a balanced approach, and nowhere is this more present than the Ayurvedic approach to diet, and specifically the 6 Tastes: Astringent, Bitter, Pungent, Salty, Sour, Sweet. In this unique Food & Yoga presentation Gina Caputo partners with Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts to deliver a flavorful and interactive experience.
