Craving a day to yourself to rejuvenate your mind and body? Don't miss this active and quiet practice from the sacred feminine. We'll use short discussions between mother and daughter, active and restorative poses, pranayama, and meditation to create a day of refuge on our mat. Bring a mat, an eye cover, a bolster if you have one, two blocks, and your yoga blankets. The more props the better!
