Since most practitioners have countless demands on their time and energy, it's essential to learn how to practice when you have limited time—say, 15 to 30 minutes. Come discover what to focus on and how to construct a balanced practice in a time crunch. You'll leave with five professionally illustrated sequences (digital and physical copies) to take away and practice on your own--a brief, balanced sequence; a brief hip-opening sequence; a morning jump-start sequence; an evening wind down sequence; and a travel sequence. Half discussion, half asana.
