This dynamic flow will create balanced strength and flexibility in your shoulders, neck, and upper back. You'll learn how subtle changes to your vinyasa practice can produce lasting, positive changes in your shoulders--and how to finally practice Chaturanga without any shoulder pain or discomfort. Come experience a complete, logical progression of postures that will provide you with long-term comfort and relief in your upper body. Mostly asana.
