Explore the theory and the practice of restorative yoga. Props are essential to this practice. Bring at least three blankets, an eye cover, a strap, and, if possible, a bolster. The more props, the more relaxation. What to bring: a sticky mat, an eye cover, a bolster if you have one, two blocks, and your yoga blankets. The more props the better!
