Stuck in a yoga rut? This challenging practice will move your practice forward by tackling less-common posture variations. You'll integrate Handstand work into your sequence (with options for noninverters), explore less-common backbends, and work on binds and twists. We'll move at a steady, mindful pace that will keep you moving but that isn't rushed. If it's time to do something just different enough, this is the practice for you. Mostly asana.
