In this slow flow vinyasa class, we'll explore how asana can transcend mere posture practice into a meditation in motion. By using key reference points like breath awareness, physical alignment, the movements of prana within the poses, and the presence of elemental qualities (earth, water, fire, air, and space), we'll learn how to drop into a state of appreciation, clarity, and blissful, sustained concentration each time we step onto our yoga mats. Includes lecture and asana.
