As beautiful as this event is, with all the teachers to try and tricks to take home, it can make for a some stiffness and profound soreness. (Anyone else discover muscles you didn’t know you had?) Find relief here! This practice is geared toward moving soreness out of hips, hamstrings, lower back, and shoulders with conscious unwinding actions in artful sequences, movement-based massages, renewing and revitalizing breath practices, intentional restorative techniques and sweet, focused rest. By relieving some soreness, you’ll leave this conscious Rocky Mountain Retreat feeling empowered about what you learned and what you will take with you. Step from this practice, off this mountain and head home with a powerful sense of embodied physical and emotional shifts.
